The company
Twelve years on site, now established in Luxembourg
The origin
MHB Lux Peinture continues in the Grand Duchy an activity carried out since 2014 in Lorraine under the name H&M Peinture Sablage. Twelve years of work: houses, apartments, offices and shops.
Setting up in Luxembourg is not a change of trade. It is a choice of market, one where quality of execution is still paid for, and where demanding clients tell good work from fast work.
The method
Three things set us apart in practice, and all three can be checked on the quote.
Preparation first: it appears line by line, with the time allocated to it. It is often half the job and it determines how long the result lasts.
Products next: brand and reference are named, never 'quality acrylic paint'. We favour low-VOC formulations, including when they cost more.
Site conduct last: full protection before starting, cleaning every evening, one point of contact from the first day to the last.
Our commitments
Safety and environment
Compliant protective equipment, sorting and disposal of site waste, products selected for low indoor impact.
Deadlines kept
We would rather turn down a job than announce a deadline we cannot meet. The programme is stated on the quote.
Insurance and compliance
Business permit and professional liability cover. Certificates provided before work begins.
One point of contact
The person who measures is the person who runs the job. Nothing is lost between sales and site.
Equipment
Scaffolding and access platforms for façades, full protection of floors and furniture, sanding with built-in extraction to keep occupied rooms dust-free.
